Ani Jinpa Palmo is a Dutch Buddhist nun who has studied Tibetan Buddhism since early 1969 and was ordained in Tashi Jong in December 1969. Her main teachers were the 8th Khamtrul Rinpoche, HH Dilgo Khyentse, and Abo Yeshe Rangdrol Rinpoche. She lived in Tashi Jong since the early seventies and at present spends three months there every winter. During the seventies, the 8th Khamtrul Rinpoche asked her to find support for the togdens and she continues that commitment. She has served as an interpreter for many Tibetan masters and has published six Tibetan Buddhist books, including Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche’s autobiography “Brilliant Moon” and other writings.
